After you place your order, you will be sent an email that includes shipping information and a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to see where your package is.
The best way to track down your package is to contact your shipping service directly. (Have your tracking number handy) Shall they not answer your question, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to find it!
If you find yourself not happy with what you received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what you need. We will then email you a printable return label. Once we receive the product back from you, we will issue you a refund or exchange!
